Fiberupper is a web application that helps users track their daily fiber intake. The Service allows you to log foods, track progress toward daily goals, and visualize your fiber consumption history. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

  • Provide accurate and complete information

The nutritional information provided by Fiberupper, including fiber content of foods, is sourced from third-party databases and is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this information. The Service is not intended to provide medical or dietary advice. Always consult a healthcare professional for personalized nutrition guidance.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Google (authentication) and Supabase (data storage). Food data is sourced from the USDA FoodData Central database. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Westmidlanders LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WESTMIDLANDERS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS (IF ANY).
