1. Introduction
Fiberupper ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by Westmidlanders LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and services at https://fiberupper.com.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us:
- Account Information: When you sign in with Google, Apple, or email, we receive your name (where provided), email address, and profile picture (Google only).
- Usage Data: Food logs, fiber intake data, daily goals, favorites, saved meals, and social connections (friends, usernames) you create within the app.
- Photos You Submit: If you use the nutrition-label or recipe scanning features, the photo you take or select is transmitted to our servers for AI processing. Photos are processed in memory and are not stored after the scan completes.
- Voice Recordings: If you use voice logging, your audio recording is transmitted to our servers for transcription. Recordings are processed in memory and are not stored after transcription completes.
- Push Notification Tokens: If you enable notifications on iOS, we store a device token so we can deliver notifications you have opted into (friend requests, nudges).
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and general location (country/region) for analytics purposes.
2a. Health-Related Information
Your food logs and fiber intake data are self-reported wellness information. We use this data solely to provide the tracking features you signed up for. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for advertising personalization. Fiberupper provides general nutrition information for educational purposes only and is not a medical service.

5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
